On January 17, 2023, Joseph sadly lost his battle with cancer. He had been battling cancer for more than 20 years. He was a son, uncle, cousin and beloved hurdle coach at Carson High School. As described by his mom Alice, he was a down-to-earth individual who had a big heart and tried to help anyone that came his way. His family finds comfort in the fact that he can now rest in peace and is no longer in pain.
