Funeral expenses for Jaylin M.R. Mosby

Hello I’m advocating for a grieving family.

I’m coming to you all with a sad heart, because I know the pain of losing a child, having to plan their funeral, and all the related expenses behind it all. No one knows that most life insurance policies require you to wait months to be reimbursed when your loved one is murdered. That causes a lot of stress on families to come up with funeral expenses unexpectedly. I lost my 16 year old son to senseless gun violence on April 9, 2022. So I’m talking from experience of having to deal with everything and the state provides help of about 3 or 4k, but an average funeral runs 13 to 14k. The hardest thing a parent should ever have to do is bury their young child. Now, unfortunately gun violence has hit too close to home again. My childhood family lost their 16 year old young man, whom was murdered over this past weekend. I’m reaching out for help for the family to cover his funeral expenses. I’m asking for you to donate what you would spend for lunch to the family or funeral home for Jaylin. No amount is too small and it will be greatly appreciated. This is a very difficult time.
