The morning of July 6, 2021 began with the news no parent ever wants to receive. Police knocking at your door to tell you that your son, Jake Hunter Dault, has been fatally injured in an automobile accident. NO! NO! NO! would be your response as I am sure it was Dawn's.

As many of you know his father, Scott passed on May 15, 2021. How could this now be happening yet again to this wonderful, giving, full of life family? We don't know why things happen they way they do, but when it does, we are left with so many questions and worries about how will you get through the day--pay the bills--keep the business going, etc. Jake was such a great help to his mom since his dad passed. He was stepping up each morning to go to Sam's Club--lifting all the items too heavy for his mom--being that amazing son she needed to keep their business going. He may look thin, but he was as strong as an ox! And stubborn...oh ya. However under that sometimes 'tough man' exterior, was a God loving man of 25 years young. Many of you may not know, but Jake found God and was very devoted to his faith. When times would get a little tough, you would find him attending Church more than the usual Sunday service and also attending Bible study. Jake was also a person who would give his last dollar to those in need--that is what God calls us all to do on a daily basis. God chose Jake to be one of his disciplines in his short life. Actually--his entire family is one that will help anyone and everyone in need before they provide for themselves.
