Funeral expenses for Hope Mulkey

Update: she passed peacefully this evening. My name is Liz Mulkey-Loomis and I am trying to raise money to help my father pay for the expected funeral expenses for my sister Hope Mulkey. Hope was born with many severe birth defects and lived to be 46 years old! She attended Doris Klaussen Development Center in Battle Creek. We lost our mother over 10 years ago and since then our dad has been taking care of Hope on his own until his heart attack last December. She had been at the Laurels of Bedford for almost a year; and they are angels! Anybody who ever met Hope was instantly charmed by her infectious smile. Her little body has been through so much during her life (multiple surgeries, seizures, losing her hearing, never being able to walk...) but a complaint was never heard. Hospice is caring for her now , in her final hours. She isn't expected to make it through the weekend. My father isn't financially able to give her a funeral - social security barely covers his living expenses. Anything you can contribute is a blessing.
