Heather fought a long battle with her
CHF and her lvad now we would like to
lay her to rest with her father, Heather
had no life insurance, I know these days
are hard for everyone, I am asking
please to help us pay for Heather’s

6 years ago as many may know
Heather had a complication to surgery,
she ended up with CHF and was given an 
lvad, despite the pain and other
surgeries Heather was very happy and 
working on the goal for a heart
transplant, she was so close to that goal 
Heather loved life and couldn’t wait for
a new heart, she was always smiling and 
if you got the chance to meet her she 
would bring her love and light into 
your life. I can’t believe my wife, my best 
friend, my life is gone.

She will be sorely missed Rest In Peace
