On February 26, 2021, Gustavo Hernandez passed on to Paradise after battling Covid for over a month. His daughters Veronica & Erika are left with the financial hardship of laying him to rest, aside from the great void he has left in their heart. Only weeks ago they lost their grandma Bertha and almost exactly a year after losing their mother Micky. Their grandpa Gustavo passed in 2019 as well, months before Micky. We established this page in hopes of helping the girls get through yet another sudden tragedy.

For those that knew Gustavo he was always the guy with a story, with a sparkle of humor in his smile and a laid back temperament that made him get along with anyone he met; and he met many along the way. Never one to be shy from making a new friend, finding out what was happening in the community, going backstage at a concert, or even following the police copter just to get the scoop. The girls talked to him daily, updating him on his grandsons Andrew & Joseph, and plans for the day.
