Francisco, Franc Alex, Frankie, mi nene. Everyone who ever met my brother instantly loved him and could immediately see how pure and good of a person he was. He was preparing to return to school and major in Exercise Science so that he could continue his love for fitness and someday open his own gym, focusing on providing fitness and exercise services for children with special needs. His constant ambition, love, and passion that he put into everything he did will continue to inspire everyone who loved him.

 

He battled with his mental health for such a long time, and had only begun his journey towards recovery until his very sudden passing on the night of December 31st, 2021. Of course, none of us were prepared for such a loss and are asking for assistance from his loved ones to help cover the funeral and burial expenses.

 

The wake will be held on Wednesday, January 5th from 3-6 PM at Riverdale on Hudson Funeral Home, located at 6110 Riverdale Avenue, Bronx NY 10471. The following day, the funeral mass will be held at the Church of Saint Gabriel at 10 AM, located at 3250 Arlington Avenue, Bronx NY 10463. Afterwards, we will be laying him to rest at Gate of Heaven Cemetery at 10 West Stevens Avenue, Hawthorne NY 10532.

 

Below you will find an itemized list of what we plan to use the donations for, as well as mental health resources (specifically those for grief, depression, and suicide prevention). All donations will be withdrawn by Vivian Schmidt, our mother and beneficiary of this GoFundMe campaign.
