Grace was born at 26 weeks. Her twin sister unfortunately passed away a few minutes after she was born. Grace has spent her entire life in the hospital, but we were so hopeful this would be the year we got to bring her home. She brought a smile to every person that she interacted with. She was so happy, and she loved life so much despite how hard it was. She never gave up and never stopped fighting. We still don’t know exactly what happened, and we are extremely heartbroken to have to say goodbye to our little girl way too soon.
