Funeral Expenses for Eugene Scipione

Our brother Eugene passed away today, December 15, 2019 at approximately 6:20 pm eastern time in McKeesport, PA.  His life never had the opportunity to really blossom after he was diagnosed as Schizophrenic with Paranoia in his mid-twenty's.  He struggled with his mental illness for 30 years; all the changes in medications, suicide attempts, depression, anxiety.  He leaves behind 3 children: Gene, Maryann, Michael. Eugene was unable to hold down a job for more than a few days and lived on disability most of the last 30 years.  He had no life insurance, savings or assets; not much more than some clothing and a few personal items.  I am the next oldest brother and as a single dad have limited funds.  To pay for his funeral costs would take almost half of my small 401k and at 53, that's meager.  I am reaching out to you, my friends, family and the social media community to ask for help in raising funds to cover his funeral expenses. I hate having to ask for money, I've prided myself on my independence and to take care of my own.  But I need your help to lay my older brother to rest.  We are looking at having his funeral this weekend, or just after Christmas.  Thank you for your consideration, prayers and support.
