Unexpected Death of Loved Mother Emma

My name is Chase Kozak, I am organizing this on behalf of my best friend Dafne Delgado Martinez. Dafne is a Pacifica High School Alumni, AVID Tutor and current student at Cal Poly Pomona.
I am asking for people in our community to come together and help Dafne with funeral and medical expenses for her Mother Emma who passed away on Wednesday, March 17th 2021. After being rushed to the hospital on March 16th, Emma had emergency surgery where she suffered multiple organ failures and passed away.
Heaven received a new Angel who was filled with love, kindness and positivity. Emma was generous and caring for anyone that she knew and would help anyone in need. I know that Emma will be watching over her two kids that will miss her dearly while they navigate through this tough time.
The Delgado Martinez family would never ask for help, but I am asking for our community to step in and support a family that is going through a devastating time.
