Ebony Yvonnia White
Ebony White is a 40 years old health care worker. She is currently on life support after suffering a massive stroke Christmas Eve; she unfortunately, is not expected to recover from this tragic event.
Ebony has dedicated her life to service of others whether that service came in the form of family, faith, or community you could count on her.
She has been a strong advocate for those unable to speak up and advocate for themselves most of her life and continued to be a strong voice for justice when her 34’year old brother was gunned down and killed senselessly in early 2022.
The last conversation that I had with her, she was seeking advice dealing with the attorneys representing her brothers case; Ebony and her mother were demanding that justice not fall on death ear regarding her brother.
Ebony is the proud mother of a daughter, whom she has spent 20 years preparing to conquer the world. She instilled in Mayana that same fight, will, and determination to help others. Mayana has brought a sense of pride and purpose to Ebony’s life. Watching her daughter graduate from high school and transitioning her on a path to college has been a success story she has enjoyed sharing.
Mayana, is now faced with the task of transitioning her mother from life support to making arrangements to allow her to peacefully be removed from all artificial means, donating her organs, and say goodbye to her mom.
She will not be able to navigate through this process alone and will need an abundance of assistance with medical expense and funeral arrangements. A GoFundMe account has been set up in Mayana Turners name and we would appreciate any donations or contribution.
