On Tuesday, February 26th my nephew Dylan Dale suffered a severe asthma attack. On the way to the hospital he stopped breathing, he was brought to Bellin clinic where staff performed CPR until paramedics arrived. After around 30 to 40 minutes of CPR they were able to get his heart beating. He was brought to DCHS and later down to St. Vincent hospital in Green Bay. He has been in the ICU for several days and after many tests it has been confirmed that there is no brain activity. He has not regained consciousness since the he suffered the asthma attack.

Dylan will be giving the gift of life by donating his organs. He is currently on life support while St. Vincent hospital coordinates organ recipients.  His grandparents Jim and Linda Dale want to turn this tragedy into something positive by giving another family the call they have been waiting for.

Dylan was only 22 years old and did not have life insurance. Any funds raised will help his grandparents give him a proper burial and funeral.
