My name is Richard Maddox I am starting this go fund me to help my family raise money for our mother Diane Maddox funeral expenses. My mother passed away unexpectedly Sunday 06.13.21 from congestive heart failure. Diane Maddox was born April 16th, 1948 . Proceeded in Death by her husband Paul E Maddox, Paul and Diane where married on April 27th 1969. Do to prior medical conditions she was refused reinstatement of life insurance. My mother was the type of Woman who would do anything for others, regardless the cost or sacrifice to her self.
