Funeral expenses for Debbie Humphrey

Hello, my name is Jolene Payne, a close friend of Debbie’s daughters, Stephanie, Bridget, and Cassandra.

As you may know, Debbie was rushed to Cleveland Clinic ICU on the afternoon of Friday, February 17th after suffering an aortic dissection, stroke and aneurysm. Debbie underwent three separate “hail mary” surgeries in attempt to save her life. At that time, her family was told by the doctors that she was, “easily the sickest person in the hospital.” If you had the chance to know Debbie, you knew that she was a fighter all of her life and this was no different. She battled and overcame every obstacle in the ICU until her body could no longer provide a way through. Unfortunately, Debbie passed on Tuesday, February 21st, 2023 surrounded by her closest loved ones at the very young age of 54.

Debbie was a wonderful life long partner to Bobby, an amazing mother, step mother and the best “Nana” to her five grandsons and granddaughter. She had an infectious laugh that brought life to any party. She loved playing pool, dancing, riding motorcycles with Bobby, roller skating and spending time with family and friends. She was so vibrant and brought a unique light into this world. Hardworking, compassionate and caregiving, Debbie would help anyone out in a drop of a hat. She put herself before others and took care of the ones closest to her even if that meant she had to suffer.

Following this unimaginable tragedy, Debbie’s daughters along with Bobby realized she did not have life insurance to help with her final expenses. I’m asking for help to relieve some of the financial burden on the family to be able to provide her with a beautiful service and burial she greatly deserves.
