Hi everyone, we are Emory's roommates (Ally & Lauren) and are writing on behalf of Emory and Kessa. We have witnessed Emory having to be her mom's caregiver and how physically and emotionally draining it has been. A huge weight would be lifted off her shoulders if we could help take some of the financial stress away. Daria Surowiak lost her long, hard battle yesterday, April 25th, at 6:40 am. Back in November, she was diagnosed with Stage 4 B-Cell Lymphoma. She touched the lives of so many around her everywhere she went. She leaves behind her two daughters, Emory (21) and Kessa (18), who are devastated. The last thing they should be worrying about right now is how to cover the cost of their mother's funeral expenses, so we hope that with your help, we will be able to relieve at least a little bit of that stress.
