Funeral expenses for Damian Robert Girouard

A beloved family member recently passed on August 30th, my nephew, Damian Robert Girouard, age 27, died unexpectedly. Damian was a wonderful son, brother, nephew, cousin, and friend who touched the lives of those around him with his fun-loving nature and childhood charm. He leaves behind his father, Robert E. Girouard, his stepmother, Staci Girouard, and his mother, Jessica Adams (Seale), her husband. Damian leaves his two young sons, Glen, aged 8, and Damian, Jr., aged 6, devastated by his loss. He leaves three sisters, Bethany, Elise, Cecelia, and Liz, a brother Bobby, his maternal grandmother Wendy Seale, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. His paternal grandmother preceded Damian in death, Sgt. Sandra Robinson Girouard of RI National Guard #115th, his paternal grandfather Raymond Girouard and his cousin Glen Raymond Dupre, his son’s namesake.

We are all devastated by the sudden and unimaginable loss of Damian. Like most of us, his parents were not prepared to lose a child, and we're not ready for the high cost of his funeral service. We cannot take away their pain, but we can help these loving parents give their son the memorial he deserves, to honor his memory and for us all to say our last goodbyes.

I am currently asking for donations to help cover the cost of Damien’s funeral expenses and to help establish a fund for his children. We need to raise $15,000 to cover the costs and to set up a fund. Please consider donating to help this family, who has helped many of us during difficult times.
