With a heavy heart, we'd like to inform our family and friends about our mother Maria Cruz Felix (Cruzita's) passing this past 28th of June 2025. She fought a long battle against ovarian cancer which without a doubt showed us how resilient she truly was. Her strong mindset, positive outlook and faith inspired everyone she met.

Being a woman of faith, our Mother leaves us with the example of trusting God at all times and accepting his will. And regardless of our current situation there is always a way to serve the Lord.

Despite the fact she beat it, she had a recurrence and while on treatment, the expenses for alternative options pilled up, many not covered by insurance and leaving substantial expenses.

If it's in your heart, we greatly appreciate any contribution that will help during these difficult times. If at the moment it's not possible, we truly appreciate equally your prayers. She is survived by her husband of 44 years, three children and eight grandkids.

Con gran pesar, queremos informarles a nuestros familiares y amigos sobre el fallecimiento de nuestra madre Maria Cruz Felix (Cruzita) el pasado 28 de junio de 2025. Luchó una larga batalla contra el cáncer de ovario, lo que sin duda nos demostró su gran resiliencia. Su firmeza, actitud positiva y fé inspiraron a todos los que la conocieron.

Como mujer de fé, nuestra madre nos deja el ejemplo de confiar en Dios en todo momento y aceptar su voluntad. Independientemente de nuestra situación actual, siempre hay una manera de servír al Señor.

A pesar de haberlo superado, sufrió una recaída y, durante el tratamiento, los gastos de las alternativas se acumularon; muchas de ellas no estaban cubiertas por el seguro médico, lo que dejó gastos considerables.

Si lo sienten de corazón, agradecemos enormemente cualquier contribución que ayude en estos momentos difíciles. Si en este momento no es posible, agradecemos igualmente sus oraciones.

Le sobreviven su esposo de 44 años, tres hijos y ocho nietos.
