Funeral Expenses for Corey Pope

Dear family and friends,

 

I am writing to you today to let you know about the devastatingly unexpected loss of our dear friend, Corey Pope. He left our world Monday morning, November 8, 2021 and the details of his passing are still being reviewed. Ashley, the kids, Corey's family, all are terribly overwhelmed with grief and understandably so.

 

I'm asking for your assistance with funeral expenses today. This is one of those things a young couple should never have to budget for, but this is where Ashley finds herself today. She is without the necessary funds to give Corey the memorial he deserves, to honor his memory and say goodbye. The cost of the funeral is approximately $4000. I'm asking for an additional $1500 to help with travel expenses to and from Helena for Ashley and the kids.

The service will be held Friday, November 12, 2021 at 3:00pm. The funeral home is relatively small, so the service is planned for family and close friends, by special invitation only. The obituary has not been issued yet, but I will add an update with the link when it is available.
