Funeral Expenses for Clint Armstrong
Donation protected
On Monday, October 10, 2022 my mom, Rena, lost the love of her life after 32 years, and our family lost one of the most dedicated and loving men we have ever known. Clint passed away at home suddenly and very unexpectedly. We are all heartbroken at the loss of this wonderful man that was a devoted Husband, Son, Brother, Dad, Grandpa and Friend to everyone he met.
Clint was just recently able to get back in the helicopter and fly again after thinking his career might have come to an end. This picture was taken on his first flight back. He was so excited to be doing what he loved and we will be forever grateful that it was given back to him. He was able to fly right up until his last day.
Clint was such a gift to all of us and it is inconceivable that we will never again hear his jokes, laugh at his crazy impressions, hear his prayers for our family or be supported by the big, strong guy that he was. What we do know is that he is with Jesus and we will see him again. For that, we are given peace. We are aching at his absence, but in the midst of all the tears, we are thankful for all the years that God let him be part of our family and love our Mom with every ounce of his being.
We will be bringing Clint home to be laid to rest beside his Dad in Milo, Alberta. I'm reaching out to ask for support to help my Mom with all the funeral related expenses and to bring my brother and his girls home from Halifax to say goodbye. Due to the uncertainty that the last couple of years have brought with Clint losing his job, there is financial hardship and no life insurance to help out now or with future living expenses for my Mom.
Thank you to everyone who has reached out by text, phone call, email or in person. My Mom has been so blessed to receive all the messages of love and support, but most importantly by all the prayers. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
