On June 27, 2017 around 1:30 am Chequita was driving on her way home, when a car driven by an off-duty police officer was being chased by a Chicago Police Officer slammed into her car at speeds over 80 mph killing her instantly. Chequita's mother needs help paying for the funeral expenses.
