Hi. My name is Vicki Parker, and Carrie was my sister-in-law. Carrie died unexpectedly on Feb 8th, 2024. She had no life insurance, and leaves behind my husband's brother, Eric, and their 2-year-old son, Ashton.

Despite the obstacles her physical limitations caused, Carrie fulfilled her dream of being a nurse and, what she would call her "favorite job," becoming a mother. After 18 years or hoping, wishing & praying for a child, she, Eric & the rest of us were blessed when they were able to adopt Ashton just a little over 2 years ago.
