My brother Oscar Lugo lived life to the fullest he enjoyed music, cars, dancing, family, friends, and was well known and loved by many. He is now on his last journey home to be with our Lord Jesus Christ and joined our Mom, Dad, and brother. Any donations will be appreciated towards his funeral services.
