Brex L. Owen was a beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend. In 1991, Brex received the Carnegie Hero Award (Read more: http://mychfc.org/Awardee.aspx?hero=65664) for saving his neighbor whose house had caught on fire. His heart of gold, relentless bravery, and sense of humor was loved by many.  Please help his family with covering his burial and funeral costs so he can be honored with a proper burial in Greenlawn Cemetery in Bakersfield with his mom.
