Hello everyone, we are Ashley and Alyssa, Brett’s Daughters.

On Friday, March 29th, 2024, our Dad unexpectedly suffered a massive heart attack and went into cardiac arrest. Life saving measures were given to our Dad for over an hour and he finally regained a heartbeat once at HCMC hospital.

For the last 2 weeks, we’ve suffered the unimaginable after finding out that our Dad had an anoxic brain injury (severe brain damage) due to the amount of time he was in cardiac arrest and his heart was not beating, depriving his brain of oxygen.

On Thursday, April 11, 2024 our Dad took his last breath here on earth surrounded by his Wife, Diane, and ourselves, Ashley and Alyssa.

We are absolutely broken facing the devastating loss of our Dad.

This Go Fund Me is to help pay for the unexpected funeral costs for our Dad. And anything above this goal, is to ease the unexpected burden on our Mom.
