Funeral Expenses for Beloved Teacher Amy Barron

Dear Friends, Family & Community Members,

I am writing to you today to let you know about the loss of Amy Barron. Amy unexpectedly left this world too soon due to an unforeseen health complication. She was a beloved teacher, coach, mother, wife and friend that will forever live in our hearts. Amy always had a smile on her face and an encouraging word to say.

The Kickapoo High School community is absolutely devastated by Amy’s passing and would like to help her family to cover the cost of the funeral expenses.

Donations will be given to Rick Beirman, Amy's fiance. Their wedding was scheduled for June 8, 2024. Amy and Rick met in a widow support group after both losing spouses. Rick said he was immediately taken by Amy's "infectious" smile and the fact that she was a "girly girl" who loved pink, singing and crafting but never passed up a chance to go hunting.
