AURILLA LAWRENCE
09/05/1993 TO 02/28/2019

On February 28th, 2019, the world lost one of the most beautiful souls to have graced this Earth.
Aurilla was, as some described, the life of the party. Mother to her daughter Alana, and to many friends in the biking community she was known as a "bad ass biker". She was so much to so many--sister--daughter--Aunt--friend--confident--wing woman--leader--and most notably a fearless free spirit.
She was never dull and always happy. Aurilla was the poster child for experiences don't break you, they make you. She both practiced and preached love, acceptance, and being who you are meant to be.
Her singing reached multitudes, but her life truly touched more than that! We never realized all the lives she touched until she was taken from us too early. We know her memory and legacy will continue to burn brightly in the hearts and souls of everyone she touched.

WE NEED YOUR HELP
No one expects to lose someone they love so suddenly, unexpectedly, and tragically. Even though she had made a wonderful life in NYC with her friends and the biking community and there are so many who love and miss her as much as we do, we desperately need your help to bring her home to her family. This tragedy has caught us completely by surprise and we do not have enough funds to bring her here.
WHAT WE NEED
Embalming: $1000
Transport from NYC to Missouri: $2000-$4000
Standard Funeral Expenses: Approximately $4000-$5000

HOW YOU CAN HELP
To honor the memory of the brightest Angel to walk the Earth, I'm reaching out to all of Aurilla's friends, family, and the biking community to help raise enough money to bring Aurilla home to rest.
If you are able to give anything to help, please do so. Every little bit helps! If you can't then please share this with everyone whose lives she has touched.
Anything raised in excess of the final expenses will be donated to the Transportation Alternatives charity in NYC whose mission is to achieve Vision Zero (no serious injuries or deaths from the city's busy traffic). They work to improve the infrastructure and traffic regulations to make NYC streets safer for both pedestrians and cyclists. I feel this would be something she would have wanted and the best way we could honor her beautiful life.
Please help! Give and share if you can; or just share if you can't.
WHEN WE NEED IT
We need $3000 within a week which will cover the embalming and transportation home. The remaining will be used for services, plot purchase, and burial costs.
Thank you for sharing her life and loving her as much as we do. Thank you and God Bless.
