Funeral Expenses for Ashley-Support for children

On behalf of Ginger and Roger Brammer who lost their daughter last week, I have created this Go Fund Me to help with the funeral expenses and the ongoing support of the 3 minor children. Any donation is greatly appreciated.

 

On March 18th, 2022, Ashley Brooke Mathews of Independence, Missouri gained her wings after battling an extended illness at University Health in Kansas City. She was 38 years old.

Ashley was born to parents Ginger and Carl, on 07/30/1983 in a North Kansas City, Missouri.

Whether it be a hug, a warm meal, an offer to help clean or a friend to listen; Ashley could be counted on to be of service to others.

Ashley would be the first to tell you she was not perfect, but that God in all his wisdom gifted her with three perfect souls; her greatest joys: Carson, Kenadie, and Jaxson. Truth be told, she held on much longer than doctors expected because she wanted to be a part of her children’s lives here on earth.

She loved every minute of being their mom; even the sassiness that comes with the pre-teen and teen years. We know she will be watching and guiding them from Heaven.

Ashley is also survived by her mother and person she called her best friend, Ginger, her bonus dad, Roger Brammer; her brother Jeffrey Mathews; her nieces: Hayley, Dorothy, Abigail, Carlee and Lacy, and so many family and friends who will miss her deeply.

Ashley has joined her father, Carl; paternal grandparents Paul and Dortha; and maternal grandparents Gene and Boots in Eternity. We know once we get to see her again, we’ll find Ashley swimming in Heaven’s biggest swimming pool.

The family has entrusted Pastor Jacob Overstreet to officiate her celebration of life at the church Ashley was a member of since birth: First Baptist Church of Orrick, 301 Adams Street Orrick, Missouri 64077. Visitation will be on March 26 at 1pm with a service to follow at 2.
