Funeral expenses for Ari Tapio Lehtonen

Hello, my name is Zachary Lehtonen, and I am making this fundraiser in honor of my recently deceased father, Ari Lehtonen. He passed away unexpectedly Sunday morning, and it has turned life in our family upside down as we mourn the loss of the man who brought countless laughs, smiles, memories, and care to my life, my brother Cody’s, our mother Sandra’s, and countless more friends and family.

One of the things I appreciate and admire most of the many things my dad did for my family is when, shortly after I was born, he took care of my mother after she had a stroke. My dad took care of her every single day and cared for a newborn and five year old son all at the same time, showing a love and compassion for my mother and our family which I have never seen equaled in this world.

We wanted to make this fundraiser to coincide with the fundraiser to be held at his workplace of Frito Lay, as we know not everyone who wants to help is able to make it there. It all goes to covering and offsetting funeral and service expenses so we can give my father the honors he deserves, and wanted.
