Funeral Expenses for Anthony Purdin

Hello, My name is Michael Purdin and I have to do what so many people have had to do over the last few years, and that is, bury my son. My son lost his life on September 19, 2021 to a suspected drug overdose.

 

I'm turning to his friends and family to help with the funeral expenses. I'm honestly not sure how much a funeral cost but I've looked up the average cost.  Anything raised that is not put towards the funeral will be donated to the Capital Area Humane Society in Anthony's name.  He loved cats and that place was very special to him.

 

While we all knew this day could happen, none of us were ready for it. Other than myself, he leaves behind his mother Amy and her husband Andy, my wife, his step mother Lisa, his sisters Amber and Abby, his brother Jeremy, his nephew Ethan, his grandparents, his cat and numerous friends.

 

Even if you aren't able to give, please if you know of someone who is struggling with drug addiction, just put out your hand. They may not take it, but I know that we all did everything we could to try to help Anthony, he just lost his battle before he had a chance to take it the help.
