Funeral Expenses for Anastasia Esquivel Aleman

Hi, My name is Misty. I am creating this fundraiser on behalf of one of my best friends, Rebekah. On Saturday, May 21, 2022, I received a phone call from her and heard her voice in a way I never have in over 25 years. She experienced what no mother should ever have to. In the early hours of the morning she was awoken by Leander Police Officers to inform her that her middle daughter, Anastasia Esquivel Aleman (Nani) was in an accident and has been called home.

Nani was a social butterfly. To know her was to instantly love her. If you needed help, she would do whatever she could. If she couldn't help, she would find someone who could. She loved her family with everything she had and if you became her friend, you instantly became her family.

Rebekah and her family just lost their matriarch two years ago and now they are laying their sweet girl to rest. I'm creating this fundraiser to help Bekah and her family focus on what is most important so that they can be with each other, support one another, and make an attempt to heal. They should not have to lay their child to rest at all let alone bear the burden of trying to figure out how to cover the cost of all of the expenses that come along with that.
