Funeral Expenses for an exceptional young man

Hi, my name is Candice, and I am fundraising to help my dear friend and co-worker Jennica with the funeral expenses for her son Skyler.

Skyler was no ordinary kid but an exceptional young man with the most polite manners and a huge heart. He loved life and most of all, his family, which included his horse W and his dog Bert. Skyler did not have an easy life. He was born with a heart defect, had many surgeries throughout his life, and had daily routines to ensure he stayed on track with his health. Skyler did not let this get him down and fought for everything he had. Skyler was attending Olds College in the Agriculture management diploma program. He was finally at a place in his life where he was so happy and felt he was destined to be.

Skyler passed away suddenly on September 6th, 2022, in a tragic accident at the young age of 18. Skyler had a pre-existing heart condition, so he could not have life insurance. Jennica now bares the heavy burdens of funeral costs to bury her son.

The funds raised will go directly to Jennica and the family to help bear the funeral costs and any extras that occurred.
