Funeral Expenses
Donation protected
It is with unimaginable sorrow that we announce the tragic passing of my beloved first cousin Frances Latu Vailea, her daughter Oneahi Vailea (aged 5), and her niece Marly Tulua (aged 7), the daughter of Frances's younger sister Celia Tulua.
While heading home after picking up the two girls from school, they were tragically killed in a single-car accident in Waiuku, New Zealand, on the 15th of July 2025.
Sesi Vailea leaves behind her husband, 'Amanaki Vailea, and their three sons: Edwin Latu Vailea (aged 12), Samisoni Latu Vailea (aged 2), and Willis Valentino Vailea (aged 2 months).
Marly Tulua is survived by her parents, Giuseppe and Celia Tulua, along with her 10-month-old sister, Meletonga Tulua.
This unforeseen tragedy has deeply affected both the Vailea, Tulua and Latu families, as well as the Waiuku and Pukekohe community. The sudden loss of Frances Vailea, Oneahi Vailea, and Marly Tulua has been profoundly felt not only by their loved ones in New Zealand, but also by family members in Australia, America, and Tonga.
In light of this unimaginable tragedy, the families are seeking the support of their community to help cover the substantial costs of funeral arrangements. The burden of such a loss is heavy, and as they navigate through this painful time, any contribution, no matter how small, will make a significant difference.
We humbly ask for your kindness and generosity to assist with the financial needs of the family, allowing them to focus on grieving and healing. Your donations will go directly toward funeral expenses, as well as to support the loved ones left behind.
If you are unable to contribute financially, we kindly ask that you share this page with others in your network. Your support, prayers, and thoughts are greatly appreciated during this heartbreaking time.
Thank you for your support.
