My name is Jacob Denton, and my mother, Judy passed away unexpectedly on September 12th, 2022. Last week while staying with my grandmother, she became ill and decided to go to the hospital as she was having trouble breathing. When she got there, she just about instantly got admitted to the ICU, and the doctors quickly began to try and get to work. Unfortunately, what we had thought was Covid, was very severe pneumonia. Her lungs were completely filled, and she was put into a medically induced coma alongside a ventilator and breathing tube. You can follow the story in the links below.

I drove with my fiance to New York from Michigan to be by her side. Unfortunately, as my family is from a small town, the hospital she went to did not have the resources to help my mom, so she had to be airlifted 3 hours away to a level 1 trauma hospital.

After fighting for her life for almost a week and defying all odds, her body could not handle it anymore.

Judy was a hard-working single mother and always put others before herself. She always lit up a room whenever she walked in just by her smile and bubbly personality. She is one of the strongest, kind, and selfless people I have ever known. Like how my mom has always supported my dreams, I want to be able to help support her last dream.

My family has to bury their Mother, Daughter, Aunt, and Sister.

We are asking for help with regards to Funeral Expenses, Memorial Service, and Travel as her wish was to be buried in New York State with her late daughter, Amber.
