Hi my name is Anna. The Martino family has been apart of my life since I was a young girl. If you know this family you know they have not had it easy. They have experienced a lot of heartache in the most recent years.
I wanted to start a Go Fund me campaign because Jack is currently in hospice care at his niece (aka daughter)Alayna's house and is sadly coming to the end of his life. Without a life insurance policy or preparation for end of life care, Jack and his family need our help. The funds will go towards move out costs from his townhome, extra expenses the insurance does not pay for during his in home hospice treatment, and funeral arrangements.

much for Ashley and Alayna, he has 3 beautiful grandkids, and we have all benefited from his amazing cooking. He is beloved brother, uncle, cousin, and friend.
