Kate-Lynn Simmons passed away after a life threating injury to the abdomen. We are asking for funds to help Carrie, Kate-Lynn's mother, for the funeral expenses. Kate-Lynn was a young beautiful amazing woman. Carrie would love to give her daughter a beautiful service to help memorialize Kate-Lynn for all of her loved ones.
