Funeral Expense for Jerry Hernandez

Hello, my name is Susan Hernandez. My husband Jerry has been battling cancer since 2018.

In late November of 2023, my husband made the difficult decision to enter hospice, as he and his medical team had exhausted all possible avenues to combat his cancer. Jerry has been a warrior and inspiration to so many, throughout this entire journey. He has been a friend, and mentor throughout his entire life.

As you can imagine, cancer battles are expensive. Now that we have reached the ending stage of his cancer journey, and even though Jerry is still with us at the time this fundraiser is started, we are preparing for the inevitable, which will be laying Jerry to rest. Arrangements have already been made with the funeral home. Now we just have to come up with the funds to pay for his services.

We are asking for you help with a donation to help us cover some of the upcoming funeral costs. What ever amount you can help with would greatly be appreciated. We are asking that you please share this with as many others as possible.

When Jerry is called to Heaven, we will update this post with dates, times and locations of his services as well as the funeral home’s, information.
