Funeral Expense for Jason Lewis

Jason Lewis was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer two weeks ago while staying at St. Luke's North in Kansas City. He returned home on 7/23/20 in hopes of starting chemotherapy and radiation the following week before passing in our home Saturday evening. Jason is leaving behind 5 beautiful girls, Jordan, Jayci, Lacie, Macey and Remi that he loved so much, and his wife, Traci. All funds will be used towards funeral costs.
