Funeral Expenses for Henry Lee Moore

As many of you know, when the unexpected happens with a loved one, it can make the financial side of things hard to gather up in order to provide the right services for them. There will be a funeral service held, but right now we could really use the help with making this happen. There will be so many of you coming and we are so grateful for each and everyone of you. Grandpa Henry, loved all of his friends and family and we want to do everything we can so you all can come and pay your respects. Conditions of what lead do the unfortunate:
Grandpa was admitted into the ER, Friday evening, due to dehydration from not being able to eat or drink. During this time they moved him from Davie Hospital to Forsyth Medical Center, for more test to be ran. Finding that his kidneys were starting to fail and that one of his kidneys had a blockage which was collecting too much fluid with nowhere to go. With further examination, they discover what was yet to be confirmed as a tumor on his bladder. With the amount of pain he was in from the overwhelming amount of fluid in his kidney, his BP began to get weaker and weaker. Meaning they couldn’t insert a tube to drain the fluid from the kidney. The doctors were in a very tight spot with trying to save him and also keep him pain free. After a day of rest, his blood pressure did increase, so the doctors went ahead and preformed the surgery to insert the tube into the kidney. But at 10:17 am, 11/1/2021, his heart finally faded and he went to be with the lord.
