I am not really sure how to start this or what words to even use- in all my years on this earth I never thought I would have to type this or endure loosing my little cousin.  When I got the phone call I was in complete disbelief. As a mother and a family member, my heart dropped and I immediately started praying as I rushed to the hospital.

Our precious Demi's life was taken away due to a tragic accident. Demi fought for her life the best she could, but the injuries were too much for her little body to endure and God called her home to take away her suffering . She was so full of life. She was intelligent, sassy and a complete ball of energy. She gave light to anyone's life she came in contact with. Her smile gave light to the whole room. Demi just lost her father a year ago. This alone was an experience no daughter or mother should ever have to face. Shortly after, God also called Demi home;for his own reasons which none of us can question. We can not question the higher power but we can come together in a time of need to support her mother and brothers in any which way we can.  Her mother is in complete distraught and her brothers will miss a piece of their soul forever. There were so many people who loved Demi.

We are raising money to cover Demi's funeral expense and will be placing her in a location close to her father so they can continue to watch over the family together.

The family does wish for everyone to respect their peace, mourning, and privacy at this time as they deal with this unexpected tragedy.  Funeral information will be posted as it becomes available.
