We, the Parker-Smith family, have recently suffered a great loss. Precious Ceptimber Niquan Parker has become one of our guardian Angels in the sky.

We have shared this news directly with some of you and are thankful for all the prayers and acknowledgements for the family. Please keep Corya and Dwaine Bell and Andre Sr.(parents), Markell (fiancé), children; Niqwan, Nazalynn, Nalah, and siblings; Tarell, Andre, Jazmin, and Breanna in your prayers. We will need to lean on you all in the coming months and years.

Arrangements for a celebration of life are pending. We would be grateful to have you join us and will announce the date soon.
