As some of you already know our momma all of a sudden got really sick and having a hard time with breathing and started randomly falling, went to the ER Jan 11th where they ran several tests and then was admitted for a few days and was diagnosed with Stage 4 Lung, Liver, and Pancreatic cancer. She was then referred over to see a cancer Dr. A week later we see the cancer Dr and the only option he gave her was to do Chemo, he said her cancer was small cell but the type was also very aggressive and fast spreading. Scheduled her to get a pic line Jan 27th and then should start Chemo Feb 2nd, right before her chemo appt found out her insurance would not pay for her to start the Chemo. After changing her coverage the day before scheduled appt, they said they were still waiting on verification. Finally a few days later they scheduled her to start her Chemo Feb 9th, she went in and after a little bit then they told her they were not able to do chemo now because her liver had now doubled in size since the last time she had been seen and there was nothing else they could do for her and called in Hospice. They have not actually given us a time frame for her but honestly do not think it will be to long from now. She barely can drink anything, she has been choking when trying, which also isn't good because of all the pills she has to take with not being able to swallow without choking. She hasn't eaten since around the 1st of Feb until 2 days ago we got her to eat a couple spoons of yogurt and then she couldn't eat any more. She has lost tons of weight and is just really tired and exhausted. They put her on oxygen full time Friday Feb 11th. Her whole body just hurts 24/7. She has developed knots all over her body now. She can no longer open both of her eyes, just one. I know she's tired of fighting but I think she's just trying to be strong for all of us.
We do not like asking for handouts at all and really do not like having to do this but if u could even just donate $5 that would be greatly appreciated or even just share for us. This has all just happened so fast and we need help! Thank you all soon much!
