Funeral costs for my husband, Jaime R. Rubio

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of my best friend, soulmate, and my beloved life partner, Jaime Rubio. On Wednesday, September 22, 2021, he lost his long battle to Covid-19. He fought really hard to make it back home to us, his loving wife and our three children, but unfortunately his body couldn’t keep fighting any longer. We created this page to help cover his funeral and burial costs due to this untimely tragedy. The funds collected will help my children and I with expenses related to his passing. Jaime was a devoted family man whose whole mission in life was to make his family happy and proud. He was a “gentle giant” with a heart of gold, and had a bright, inquisitive mind. He was always looking for his next project and loved technology and learning many new things. He was very compassionate and caring, and he was always willing to help anyone in need. He made an impact on those he met, and was a best friend and role model to our children. There aren’t enough words to say how proud and appreciative I am to have had the honor of being his wife. There are many things he will now miss out on such as our baby girl’s high school graduation later this school year, watching our children grow up, get married, etc. Not to mention missing out on meeting our future grandkids, and many more precious memories with our beautiful family. The world lost an amazing soul today, and our family and loved ones are devastated with this tremendous loss. More than anything, we ask for prayers during this difficult time as this loss is extremely hard and painful for everyone who loved Jaime, but especially our children and I. He will be truly missed, and we pray for strength to pick up the pieces and continue living life for him and make him proud. Thank you all, from the bottom of our hearts, for your time and help. Es con gran tristeza que anunciamos el fallecimiento de mi mejor amigo, mi alma gemela y mi querido compañero de vida, Jaime Rubio. El miércoles 22 de Septiembre de 2021, perdió su batalla contra Covid-19. Luchó muy duro para regresar a casa con nosotros, su amada esposa y nuestros tres hijos, pero desafortunadamente su cuerpo no pudo seguir luchando por más tiempo y no resistió. Creamos esta página para ayudar a cubrir los costos de su funeral y entierro debido a esta tragedia tan inesperada. Los fondos recaudados ayudarán a mis hijos y a mí con los gastos relacionados con su fallecimiento. Jaime era un devoto hombre de familia cuya misión en la vida era hacer feliz y orgulloso a su familia. Era un "gigante gentil" con un corazón de oro y tenía una mente brillante e inquisitiva. Siempre estaba buscando su próximo proyecto y amaba la tecnología y aprender muchas cosas nuevas. Era muy compasivo y cariñoso, y siempre estaba dispuesto a ayudar a cualquier persona que lo necesitara. Hizo un impacto en las personas que conoció y fue un mejor amigo y un modelo a seguir para nuestros hijos. No hay suficientes palabras para decir lo orgullosa y agradecida que estoy de haber tenido el honor de ser su esposa. Hay muchas cosas que ahora se perderá, como la graduación de la escuela secundaria de nuestra niña a finales de este año escolar, ver a nuestros hijos crecer, casarse, etc. Sin mencionar que se perderá la oportunidad de conocer a nuestros futuros nietos y muchos más recuerdos preciosos con nuestra hermosa familia. El mundo perdió un alma asombrosa hoy, y nuestra familia y seres queridos están devastados con esta tremenda pérdida. Si está  en su corazón donar o compartir esta página, se lo agradeceríamos enormemente! Más que nada, pedimos oraciones durante estos momentos difíciles, ya que esta pérdida es extremadamente dura y dolorosa para todos los que amaban a Jaime, pero especialmente para nuestros hijos y para mí. Lo extrañaremos de verdad, y oramos por fuerza para recoger los pedazos y seguir viviendo la vida para él y hacerlo sentir orgulloso. Gracias a todos, desde el fondo de nuestro corazón, por su tiempo y ayuda. ¡Ayúdenme a darle a mi maravilloso esposo la hermosa despedida que él se merece! Mi amor por ti es eterno mi Chato, y sé que nos volveremos a ver pronto. ¡Nuestros hijos y yo te amaremos por siempre y para siempre!
