My name is Janet Baggett Kirkpatrick. My nephew Michael (Jeremy) Baggett passed away unexpectedly at the age of 44 on June 19. He lost his battle with PTSD and alcoholism. He served in the US Army for 24 years, and had recently retired. He had several deployments to Kosovo and Iraq. He leaves behind three sons (20, 16, and 9) and their mother, his parents, aunts and uncles, and many cousins as well as those he served with. Help is needed for the family for his transport from Alabama to Texas and funeral service costs not covered by the VA. Military burial will be at Houston National Cemetery.
