On December 18th, 2021, Kayla Ritenour (nee Lyle) unexpectedly passed away in her sleep. She was a devoted and loving mother, sister, daughter, and niece, and above all else, an intelligent, kind and caring human being and a gentle soul. She is survived by her two children, Nevaeh Marie Ritenour and Aiden Andrew Ritenour, her mother and father Patricia and David Shelkey, her sister Nina, her brothers David and Joshua, her nephew Landon, the father of her children Dean, and her partner Tara. She is preceded in death by her biological father, Robert.

Our family has been devastated by this loss. With the holiday season coming up, we weren’t necessarily financially prepared for this event to take place.
