This fundraiser is for my friend Joe. Many people know Joe because he's been an active supporter of the arts and small business in NJ for a long time.

Joe has stage 4 cancer that has metastazied throughout his body. He has no income, no insurance and no family (aside from his family of friends) and needs our support.

Joe's been volunteering at Hospice for years, and even in his current condition he's still volunteering. He has a heart of gold, and his financial situation is as such because he helped one of his friends during their passing by buying out his art collection, with the agreement he would get the funds back from the family after his friend's death. He never received a penny.

Joe needs to pay for his funeral, and that's what this fundraiser is for. Every penny will go to Joe to secure his arrangements and any additional would be for whatever end of life care he can secure.
