Funeral Costs for Anke Knoblock

As many of you are aware, we are grappling with the unexpected and heartbreaking loss of my mother, Anke Knoblock. Over the past 2.5 years, she courageously battled type 2 diabetes. Regrettably, she developed a severe infection in her foot that led to septic shock. Despite the tireless efforts of the doctors at the University of Maryland Medical Center to save her, the infection spread, resulting in an infection in her heart valves and two strokes from which she was unable to recover.

Tragically, my mother did not have life insurance or specific funds set aside for funeral expenses. As we navigate this challenging time, any support you can provide will profoundly assist us in giving our beloved Anke the farewell she deserves.
