My 17-year-old nephew, Hunter Wood, tragically died on October 28, 2025, from injuries suffered from an accidental fall. He was bright, caring, mischievous, curious, and had the sweetest smile you ever saw. His loss has created a deep hole in the hearts of all of us who loved him. His parents and siblings shouldn’t have to worry about funding a funeral and paying medical expenses right now, but that’s what is going on. They need to grieve and be able to say goodbye. Anything you can donate will be appreciated more than you know. I know times are hard, so if you can’t donate, thoughts and prayers are always appreciated. Also, please share this if you’re able. We need to lay him to rest and grieve his loss.

I’ve established a separate bank account for these funds, and all donations will be used to pay funeral costs. Any money raised beyond funeral costs will be paid directly to the hospital for medical expenses related to his injuries. I’ll furnish receipts to anyone who requests one.
