Funeral Cost Jonathan David Portorreal

The community of Colony Point located Pembroke Pines Florida  is asking for your help. Johnathan David Portorreal passed away yesterday  8/5/2019 at age 36 from  diabetes. He was taken away from us too soon. Unfortunately, he did not have medical insurance. This lead to many complications in which he lost his toes.
