My name is jessika downes. ( Sister) of John McFarland. Tuesday Our family received  the worst news possible, John was No longer with us here on earth. He was suddenly and sadly taken from us. A son to bury! A grandson to bury! A nephew to bury! Another sibling to bury! A cousin to bury! For some another uncle to bury! An amazing friend, parishioner and  Godfather to bury! John was an absolutely amazing young man both inside and out. He was always there if he was needed, even for the silliest reason. He always made you laugh as well as shake your head at some of his stupid jokes that he thought was so funny. He was always there with a smile and helping hand. Always checking on others to make sure they were ok! John was so suddenly taken from his family and friends, with that being said we were not prepared for the tragedy that awaited us. We are asking for ANY help from his family, friends, neighbors and parishioners at this time. Please with tears and heart ache i ask you to please help us bury my brother and put him to rest with my daddy. John wanted to be buried with my dad and that is what we are desperately trying to give him ( his last wishes ).
