Hello my name is Jonathan Polio, I am the brother of Gabby. Yesterday October 7th we lost our sister Gabby Ramos. Gabby endured a 4 year battle with kidney failure to which she couldn't no longer fight. She is now resting in God's grace and glory.

For those that knew Gabby, know that Gabby was a kind and loving person. Gabby always love to talk on the phone with family and friends and enjoyed being out and having fun. Gabby loved family time especially with her 9 nieces and nephews. Gabby also enjoyed to watch the Lakers and Cowboys, her 2 favorite teams.

Gabby will always live on in our hearts and will never be forgotten. My family will like to thank those who have given their condolences. The numerous calls and visits received show us that Gabby was loved by many.
